Sharing the gospel and our lives with the military community

Fairchild Hospitality House

Fairchild Air Force Base located on the western edge of Spokane, Washington is the home of the 92nd Air Refueling Wing as well as the National Guard’s 141st Air Refueling Wing, both flying the Boeing KC-135 Stratotanker.

Other military units at Fairchild include the Air Force “Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape” school (SERE), medical detachments, a weapons squadron and the “Joint Personnel Recovery Agency” (JPRA).

More than 5,200 active duty Air Force, Air National Guard, and other military and civilian employees work on Fairchild making the base the largest employer in Eastern Washington. There are 500 single Airmen who live in the dorm area on base.

The Fairchild Hospitality House works alongside the Air Force Chapel to minister to the Airmen stationed at the base. Our current program includes men’s Bible studies, Dorm dinners and Bible studies for the single Airmen and an open-home atmosphere at the hospitality house during the week. There is also a weekly Friday dinner and Bible study. The mission of the Fairchild Hospitality House ministry is the spread of the gospel of Christ through evangelism and to disciple young Believers in Christ.
